Waalaxy and Yalors both automate LinkedIn prospecting from your own account. The difference is everything around LinkedIn: where your leads come from, which other channels you use and which language you work in. This comparison uses Waalaxy’s public pages as read in October 2026; check their pricing page before deciding, as plans change.
Who are Waalaxy and Yalors for?
Waalaxy is a LinkedIn and email outreach automation tool for founders, sales reps and recruiters. You import prospects from a regular LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite, then run invitation and message campaigns with automatic follow-ups. It now runs fully in the cloud, and Waalaxy says it is trusted by more than 200,000 sales reps, founders and teams.
Yalors is for freelancers, agencies and B2B service providers who prospect both decision-makers on LinkedIn and local businesses on Google Maps. You then reach them in one sequence: profile visit, invitation, LinkedIn message, WhatsApp message and email.

Where Waalaxy is stronger
- LinkedIn focus and maturity. Waalaxy is built around LinkedIn, with ready-made sequence templates, imports from Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite and a large user base (more than 200,000 according to Waalaxy).
- Entry price. The Pro plan is shown at €19 per user per month, with large discounts on quarterly or yearly billing.
- Integrations. CRM sync advertised with more than 2,000 tools, plus API access and Make, Zapier and n8n modules on the Advanced plan.
- Team features. Team prospecting, duplicate prevention, shared analytics and a team workspace.
- Advertised LinkedIn volumes. Up to 800 invitations a month on the Advanced and Business plans. Yalors applies a default cap of 15 invitations per day per account, with a warm-up.
Where Yalors is different
Some of your customers may not be active on LinkedIn at all: restaurants, clinics, real estate agencies, tradespeople. Yalors finds them on Google Maps with phone, website, emails and social profiles.
After an accepted invitation or a first email, a WhatsApp step can take over without switching tools. WhatsApp works best as a follow-up after a first contact.
LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email replies land in one place. The AI copilot tags intent, summarises, suggests the next step and drafts an answer in the lead’s language.
A full Arabic interface, right to left. Handy for teams in the Maghreb and the Middle East.
Customers in Tunisia see prices in TND, VAT included. See the pricing page.
Up to 400 Google Maps results and 10 contact reveals a month, no credit card. Campaigns start with the paid plans and the 7-day Pro trial.
Waalaxy or Yalors: which one should you choose?
Choose Waalaxy if…
- you prospect mainly on LinkedIn, with Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite;
- you want a proven LinkedIn tool with a low entry price;
- you need integrations through an API, Make, Zapier or n8n;
- you prospect as a team and want to avoid duplicates between reps.
Choose Yalors if…
- you also target local businesses found on Google Maps;
- you want LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email in the same sequence;
- you want a unified inbox with an AI copilot, without a separate add-on;
- you prefer an Arabic interface, or paying in dinars from Tunisia.
What about LinkedIn limits?
Whatever the tool, LinkedIn sets its own limits and no software can promise an account won’t be restricted. Yalors helps you stay reasonable: sending windows, daily caps per account (15 invitations and 50 messages by default), a 14-day warm-up, random delays and a stop on the first reply.
