Both tools help you find prospects and reach them, but they start from different places. Apollo is built around its own database of contacts and companies. Yalors starts from two live sources: Google Maps business listings and LinkedIn search through your own account. This comparison uses Apollo’s public pages as read in October 2026; plans change, so always check their pricing page before deciding.
Who are Apollo and Yalors for?
Apollo.io describes itself as an AI go-to-market system for sales teams: reps, sales leaders, RevOps and marketing, from small businesses to enterprises. Its core is a database of more than 240 million contacts and 30 million companies, plus email sequences, a dialer, a Chrome extension and CRM integrations.
Yalors is for freelancers, agencies, B2B service providers and small sales teams, especially in Tunisia and French-speaking markets. You search for businesses on Google Maps (phone, website, emails, social profiles, rating, opening hours) or for people and companies on LinkedIn, then reach them in a multichannel sequence on LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email.

Where Apollo is stronger
- The database. More than 240 million contacts and 30 million companies you can filter. If you target specific job titles at mid-size or large B2B companies, Apollo hands you emails and phone numbers directly, while Yalors does not provide emails or numbers for LinkedIn profiles.
- The Chrome extension. It finds emails and phone numbers as you browse websites and adds the leads to Apollo.
- Phone outreach. Apollo includes a dialer and, on the Professional plan, call recording. Yalors has no calling feature.
- Integrations and teams. Advanced CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach…), credits pooled across the team, and SSO and advanced security on custom plans.
- Maturity. Apollo is an established product with extensive documentation and AI agents that cover the whole cycle, from research to booking meetings.
Where Yalors is different
Search “real estate agencies in Sousse” or “dental clinics in Lyon” and get listings, websites, emails and social profiles. Useful when your targets are defined by trade and area rather than job title. 1 credit = 20 Google Maps results.
Profile visit, invitation, wait, “invitation accepted” condition, LinkedIn message, then WhatsApp or email. LinkedIn steps run from your connected account, with daily caps, a 14-day warm-up and an automatic stop on the first reply.
Every reply lands in one place. The copilot tags intent (interested, question, objection, not now…), summarises, suggests the next step and drafts an answer in the lead’s language.
The interface runs in Arabic, right to left, as well as French and English. AI drafts follow your lead’s language.
Customers in Tunisia see prices in TND, VAT included. Everyone else pays in USD. Details on the pricing page.
Up to 400 Google Maps results and 10 contact reveals a month, no credit card, plus a 7-day Pro trial to test campaigns.
Apollo or Yalors: which one should you choose?
Choose Apollo if…
- you need decision-makers’ emails and direct numbers from a large B2B database;
- your team makes a lot of calls and wants a built-in dialer;
- you live in Salesforce or HubSpot and want a deep CRM integration;
- you run a sales team that shares credits, sequences and reports.
Choose Yalors if…
- your customers are shops, practices or local SMBs that show up on Google Maps;
- you want to automate LinkedIn and add WhatsApp and email to the same sequence;
- you or your team prefer working in French or Arabic;
- you are in Tunisia and want to pay in dinars;
- you want one simple tool from search to reply instead of stitching several together.
Can you use both?
Yes. Some teams keep a data provider for named contacts and use Yalors for outreach. If you export a list as CSV from another tool, you can import it into Yalors (up to 500 rows per import) and run it through a LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email sequence. If you prospect in Tunisia or the Maghreb, see our page on prospecting in Tunisia.
